 During Suge Knight's incarceration between 1997 and 2002, Tha Luniz' Yukmouth was an artist close to Death Row Records. The Bay area emcee, a former Rap-A-Lot Records artist, both stood up to Master P and No Limit Records, but also founded Tha Regime with then-Row artist Tha Realest. He has worked with artists such as Tha Dogg Pound and Crooked I during their tenures at Knight's former label.

New reports say that is no longer the case. TMZ.com reports that Knight and his associates robbed Yukmouth of nearly $100,000 in jewelry

at a supermarket in the San Fernando valley. The robbery also included a beating of the emcee who co-wrote "I Got 5 On It" .

A warrant for Knight's arrest has reportedly been issued, which goes along with an existing warrant.

Yukmouth has yet to release a statement. HipHopDX will keep you updated.

UPDATE: The Associated Press confirms with Detective Jeff Briscoe today that Yukmouth has indeed filed a police report. The new information alleges that Knight and his entourage contacted the Bay area rapper at the market in regards to a debt owed to Knight by a Rap associate of Yuk's. That rapper's name has yet to be disclosed.

Knight has yet to speak publicly or turn himself in to authorities.

Earlier on Monday, Yukmouth reportedly finalized his upcoming album, Free At Least to RBC Records. The album is expected to release by early May.

Suge Knight’s lawsuit against rapper Kanye West has been delayed following a serious car accident Knight was involved in last month. The former Death Row CEO was forced to miss a court date due to his injuries.

"He was in a pretty serious car accident. He lost a couple of teeth, he's in pain, and he can't speak," Knight’s lawyer, Marc Brumer, told the Miami New Times.

Knight is suing West because he was shot and robbed at an event West hosted in 2005 at Miami’s Shore Club, a club which is now under foreclosure.

While Knight may be injured now his lawyer is very keen on fulfilling Knight’s lawsuit against West.

"[Suge Knight is] a very adept businessman,” Brumer explained. “He's a mess, but he's sharp. Nobody likes Kanye West anymore. Even though he's still selling millions of records, everybody's sick of him."

Knight is hoping the lawsuit will help cover medical bills

that resulted from the Shore Club incident. West has yet to speak out publicly in regards to the lawsuit.

So today I was browsing around and curious to what Suge Knight has been up to lately. So I perceeded to hit up the Google search with the querry "Suge Knight 2010", and stumbled across a page to Perez Hilton's blog, immediately I was like wtf is Suge Knight doing on Perez Hilton's pink blog. Low and Behold Perez Hilton has jumped on the diss Suge Knight bandwagon, not very suprising since Suge has been on the bad end of alot of stuff over the last few years. But Perez Hilton dissing Suge Knight? Come on man wtf... That is a pretty gutsy move to get some extra blog exposure. 

Let me remind you that though Suge has been a target of late, the guy has been known to dangle people off of balconies and make music label executives fear even his name. Suge being Suge, you know this guy will be back behind some kind of movement as he is a very aggressive entrepreneur and has proven he can pull strings. Could you imagine it though, Suge Knight reading his post then coming across Perez Hilton somewhere, it would be freaking hilarious. Suge Knight man, you gonna let Perez Hilton be dissing on you dog? Come on now. And Perez what in the world are you thinking putting Suge Knight on your pink site.

Contrary to everything people thought of Tupac and his lifestyle through his music, alot of it seems to be very false which was evident when after Tupac's death that her son had not even owned the cars he thought he owned and that he had less then 100k in his bank account. The fact is that Suge Knight ultimately was playing Tupac like a puppet, only giving him other peoples vehicles and promises of money. As everyone knows Tupac was bailed out of jail by Suge for a promise to create 3 albums under Death Row Records which was the beginning of the end of Tupac. Obviously this was a good spot for Tupac to be in to create music, but as far as everything else it was like a fire just waiting to be burned.  One of the good things Pac brought to the table was the inability to bring forth great issues within his music, he was not just rapping about bling and cars always , he had a agenda within each and every song he wrote. It is pretty clear that some of his music probably has created alot of problems , mostly people wanting to be a thug as his tales boast the "thug life" type of life, but at the same time his music has brought alot of the problems of inner city living to the forefront. So it seems when Suge Knight isn't getting jumped and beat up he has been making a new reality show much like Puff Daddy's show in which he takes a group of rappers under his wing to find a new star rapper to join Black Ball Records. It also seems Suge Knight has a major beef with 50 Cent as he says 50 mite be doing something that is causing problems. On another note it seems that people from Akon's camp where robbed by associates of Suge and then at a after party Akons manager and another man jumped Suge and gave him a broken jaw and possible broken orbital bone.

Personally I look forward to when rap sees that West Coast sound comes back from the slump, for years there has been nothing but garbage being brought forth from the West and I am really getting sick of hearing 50 cent or Eminem. I really hope Suge can install some fear in some rappers to produce some good rap music again, with Death Row long gone who knows what the future of Suge Knight holds. Platinum Albums? More beatings? Jail time? No one really knows but we can all be sure that Suge Knight will always be associated with Rap whether it is for the best or worst. Below you can view the preview to the reality show called Unfinished business which looks to of been in the making during 2008, this show could even possibly be already finished, but from the looks of the preview I am not sure which network would wanna have this Jerry Springer type Da Band show on tv, but I know I would watch for a good laugh. 

My Prediction:  Suge is jumped again in 2009 and in 2010 goes to prison for 5+ years.
