Tupac has been around some pretty violent stuff in his life, from shooting two cops himself, to seeing people die at his concerts, the incident that happened in the casino and many more situations. Before Tupac started recording albums he never had a criminal record, then he creates an album and the charges start rolling in. I think alot of his violence comes from being beaten by the police, rape allegations, police mistreatment while in jail, all of these things would greatly result in why tupac shared such hatred for the police, judicial systems, politicians, governments and the laundry list goes on. I do beleive also that this wasn't solely responsible as he was probably around alot of bad people egging him especially after he joined Death Row Records. But without all of these things happening to Tupac who knows what could of happened; possibly still be alive making songs like Brenda's Got a Baby? Acting in major movies? Hanging out with Puff Daddy?  We really do not know what could of been of Tupacs life if he made different choices!

The thug life is a tool of the enemy as it exist today, it must change. Outside forces and methods whose interests are being served by hustlers, the crew have no dignity, they have no honor - and this must be corrected. A counsel must be called to put a code to the thug life.

We accept that the game will go on until our liberation. What we wont't accept is that the game will destroy us from within before we get another chance to rumble and rebuild. We will not allow ourselves to be played by the covert operations, contelpro, and low intensity warfare waged by the United States government.

A code must be established, as we look at the West coast, the majority of the life is controlled by gangs(Latin / Chicano); the Black community as well, the gangs is the force behind the underground economy in our hoods.

In the mid East the common denominator there is also the gangs, which are responsible for the street life. Politically, culturally and economically, these forces in an attempt to put the game back on track and work in the interests of the community and to resist the strategy of the government.  They have begun setting down a platform for the street game in full effect - we praise this effort.

The code of the thug life must become a part of as well East coast street life. There must be a common denominator.

The original gangsters behind the walls of the dungeon will take some responsibility to putting force to the counsel and the code...
